On Nov. 2, 2010, Dallas County voters have the opportunity to elect Lori Ashmore Peters as Judge for Dallas County Probate Court #2.
 Meet Lori Ashmore Peters
A graduate of Ursuline Academy of Dallas, Lori Ashmore Peters obtained her bachelor's degree from Texas A&M University and her Juris Doctor from Texas Wesleyan University School of Law.
In June, 1996, she was licensed to practice law by the Supreme Court of Texas.
As co-owner of The Ashmore Law Firm, P.C., Lori is responsible for managing the firm's legal cases in the areas of Probate, Ancillary Probate, Estate and Wealth Transfer Planning, Family Business Planning, Guardianships, and Mental Health Law.
Lori Ashmore Peters has the academic and 'real-life' credentials we need.
Lori's legacy in probate law precedes her education and professional credentials, however. She is also the daughter of retired Dallas County Probate Judge Joseph E. Ashmore, Jr.
Today, a substantial portion of Lori's legal practice is dedicated to probate matters. As such, she has completed the required certification coursework to serve as Attorney Ad Litem and Guardian Ad Litem and has served in these capacities on numerous cases.
She often represent families in guardianship matters and works to protect the person and the estate of an incapacitated loved one.
Lori Ashmore Peters understands all of the issues surrounding probate court.
Born and raised in Dallas, Lori has been married to husband, Rick Peters, for 14 years. They have two beautiful children, Alexa and Luke.
On Nov. 2, 2010, elect Lori Ashmore Peters as Republican candidate for Judge, Dallas County Probate Court #2 |
